Entry Forms

 

We offer two ways to enter and three ways to pay. Enter online or download pdf. Pay by Card, BACS or cheque.

CONDITIONS OF  ENTRY

 

a)   The preferred method of Entry is through the online entry system accessible from our website. In exceptional circumstances, applicants may download a paper entry form and submit it to the appropriate discipline Entry Secretary for processing, in which case the form must be accompanied by a cheque in full settlement.

 

Please note that any paper entry forms for instrumental classes need to be sent to Sue Summers at 12, Kiln Copse, Cranleigh, Surrey GU6 7BW

 

b) Entries only become “active” when full payment has been received. Only active entries will be accepted by the Festival for inclusion into competition / workshops.

 

c) The preferred method of payment is by debit or credit card using the appropriate option during checkout.

Entries may also be settled by bank transfer or by cheque subject to the following credit terms.

Entrants must settle their account in full within 14 calendar days of the date of entry.

At the discretion of the Festival, in exceptional circumstances, later settlement may be allowed.

 

d) At the discretion of the Festival, entries may be made after the published closing date, provided they are submitted with payment viz – either settled by card or by cheque as in para ‘c’ above.

 

e) Any competitor withdrawing from the competition should notify the appropriate Entry Secretary or, during the Festival, the Festival Office at Bath Citadel. Tel 07464 372256. The Festival reserves the right to decline to refund entry fees for late or otherwise inappropriate withdrawals. Refund of entry fees will be made by bank transfer and, except in exceptional circumstances, will be subject to an administration fee of £0.50 In the event of the festival cancelling classes no fee will apply.

 

f) The organising committees of the Festival reserve the right to cancel, combine or split classes according to the number of entries (small classes may be cancelled or combined; large classes may be split). Solo entries are not transferable, and Speech & Drama groups must be entered under a collective title.

 

g) Submission of entries to the Festival will be interpreted as signifying acceptance of these terms and conditions
